Mobile Onboarding
Installing this workflow tells Sense to add a Mobile Login Invite option to your People list. Instead of asking new starters to complete the usual web registration and password setup, Sense sends them a login code directly, so they can get into the mobile app straight away.
How it works
Send a mobile login invite then let Sense skip the password step
To use the Mobile Onboarding workflow, simply select the new starter in your People list and choose the Mobile Login Invite option Sense adds once the workflow is deployed.
Then, Sense will automatically send a login code straight to the employee, bypassing the usual password setup step so they can access the mobile app immediately.
If they need another code later, then admins can use the separate Send Verification Code option instead.

What does this workflow change?

Can we use this for any employee at any time?
No, it only works for users who haven't yet logged into Sense. Once someone has completed registration, the invite is no longer available for them.
