Flexi Time (Weekly Adjustments)
Installing this workflow tells Sense to check, every Monday, what everyone on a flexible pattern actually worked the week before. Built for staff who don't work fixed hours, just a total number of contracted hours a week, it totals up their actual hours, compares them to what's contracted, and adjusts their entitlement balance up or down automatically.
How it works
Set your flexi hours then let Sense do the maths
To use the Flexi Time (Weekly Adjustments) workflow, simply set which employees it applies to, which entitlement it should update, and whether it reads from timesheets or attendance records.
Then, every Monday, Sense will automatically total up what each eligible employee worked the previous week and compare it against their contracted hours, accounting for any time off already taken.
If they worked more or less than expected, then their entitlement balance will be adjusted up or down automatically, and logged as a new row on their Flexi Adjustments screen.

What kicks this workflow off?
Nothing an employee or manager has to do, it runs automatically every Monday morning, reviewing the week that just ended.
What happens once it fires?
Sense compares actual hours to contracted hours for the week and adds or deducts the difference from the employee's entitlement, logged as a new row on their Flexi Adjustments screen.
Can we configure how it works?
Yes: eligibility rules (who it applies to), which entitlement it updates, whether it reads from timesheets or attendance, working days per week, break-deduction rules, and carryover caps are all configurable.
