Performance Time Workflow
Sense can identify qualifying early finishes by comparing scheduled shift end times with clock-out times. It sends the exception to the relevant manager and, after approval, records a Performance Time event in the employee's Planner.
How it works
Managers get one structured decision instead of manually scanning time records for early finishes.
1
Review clock data
Sense reviews the previous day's clock data.
2
Compare with schedule
It compares actual clock-out time with scheduled end time.
3
Create approval task
Qualifying cases become manager approval tasks.
4
Record in Planner
Approved time is recorded in the Planner.
