Is Sense Workplace more expensive than Elite?+
Per-employee, broadly similar. But you're paying for things you don't need at SMB scale: dedicated infrastructure, custom security, regulatory tooling, custom integration build. The TCO ends up much lower than the equivalent enterprise platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).
