Installing this app gives your employees one place to view their own documents, contracts, payslips, onboarding paperwork, alongside general company documents like policies, all from their phone, without downloading separate files or digging through email.
How it works
Open the Documents tile then let Sense split personal from company files
Opening Documents shows two categories: personal documents, the employee's own records like contracts and payslips, and general company documents, organisation-wide materials like policies.
Selecting a category brings up all of the information relating to a document, with options to view its details and open the file itself, all viewable securely inside the app without needing to save anything separately.
