Google SSO Invitation Workflow
Installing this workflow tells Sense to send employees a Google SSO invitation so they can sign in with their work Google account instead of a separate password. Once it's installed and deployed, admins can invite people one at a time from their profile or in bulk from HR > People.
How it works
Install and deploy the Google SSO workflow then let Sense send sign-in invitations
To use the Google SSO Invitation Workflow, simply install it from the Workflow Hub and deploy it from Installations so its status changes from Undeployed to Deployed.
Then, every time you invite an employee, either individually from their profile or in bulk from HR > People, Sense will automatically send them an SSO invitation email with a link to connect their Google account.
If your organisation restricts third-party app access, then a Google Workspace administrator may need to approve the Sense SSO app before the employee can complete the connection and sign in with their work Google account.

What kicks this workflow off?
An admin sending an SSO invitation to an employee, either individually from their profile or in bulk from HR > People.
What happens once it fires?
The employee receives an SSO invitation email from Sense with a link to connect their work Google account.

What does the employee need for this to work?
Their Sense login email needs to match their work Google email account, and they need to sign in using that work Google account.
