Vehicle Expiry Reminder
Installing this workflow tells Sense to watch every employee's vehicle insurance expiry date and email both the employee and admins 7 and/or 30 days before it runs out, so cover doesn't lapse unnoticed.
How it works
Turn on vehicle insurance tracking then let Sense remind admins and employees before cover expires
To use the Vehicle Expiry Reminder workflow, simply switch it on from the Workflow Hub.
Then, every time a vehicle insurance date on an employee's profile reaches the 30 day and 7 day windows before it expires, Sense will automatically check it against the reminder rule.
If a policy is due to expire, then the employee and admins each get an email and a Sense task, so renewal can be sorted before the vehicle is no longer covered.

What kicks this workflow off?
A vehicle insurance expiry date on an employee's profile reaching its 30 day or 7 day mark.
Who gets notified?
The employee and admins, by email and a matching Sense task.
How far ahead does it warn us?
Twice: 30 days before the insurance is due to expire, and again 7 days before.
Can we change the timing or who's notified?
No. Vehicle Expiry Reminder runs on Sense's fixed 7/30 day schedule and notifies the employee and admins; it isn't configurable.
