The employee opens their private Forms session from the email invitation or Forms workspace.

Do employees need access to the Forms workspace?+
No. The Help Centre says employees can complete the process from the invitation email link.
Can the form work for entitlements measured in days or hours?+
Yes. The workflow can present the appropriate version based on the employee's entitlement type.
What happens after the employee submits?+
Sense records the decision and updates the employee's holiday entitlement.
Can the same invitation be edited after submission?+
No. The completed session ends. An administrator can send a new invitation if another response is required.
