Employee Attendance Overview
Installing this workflow tells Sense to send every employee a personal attendance summary each morning. It pulls together the previous week's scheduled versus actual clock-in and clock-out times, hours worked, and any time off or sickness, so people can catch discrepancies themselves before payroll runs.
How it works
Install the Employee Attendance Overview workflow then let Sense send weekly summaries
To use the Employee Attendance Overview workflow, simply install it from the Workflow Hub, no extra configuration is needed.
Then, every day at 9:00am, Sense will automatically gather each employee's attendance data from the previous Monday to Sunday, covering scheduled versus actual clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, total hours worked, and any variance against their schedule.
If there's a discrepancy or a recorded absence, then it appears in that employee's summary so they can flag it before payroll is processed.

What kicks this workflow off?
Nothing manual: it runs automatically every day at 9:00am.
What happens once it fires?
Sense builds each employee a personal summary covering the previous Monday to Sunday: scheduled versus actual clock times, breaks, total hours, any variance, and recorded time off or sickness.
Who gets notified?
Every employee gets their own individual summary email.
Why send this to employees rather than managers?
It's designed so employees can proactively check their own records and flag any discrepancies before payroll is run, rather than relying on a manager to catch errors.
