How it works

Set your birthday lead time then let Sense remind the team

  1. To use the Upcoming Birthday Reminder workflow, simply set how many days' notice you want and choose who should be told.

  2. Then, every day, Sense checks employee birthdays against that lead time.

  3. If someone's birthday falls within the window you've set, then your chosen recipients get an email and a Sense task naming who's celebrating and when, so it doesn't go unnoticed.
