Sickness Ends Today Reminder
Installing this workflow tells Sense to check every day for sickness absences that end today, and let admins or managers know their employee is due back at work tomorrow, so return-to-work steps aren't missed.
How it works
Turn on sickness end date tracking then let Sense flag today's returns
To use the Sickness Ends Today Reminder workflow, simply switch it on from the Workflow Hub.
Then, every day, Sense checks whether any sickness record on file is due to end that day.
If one is, then the relevant admins or managers get an email and a Sense task confirming the employee will be back at work tomorrow, so any return-to-work process can be lined up in time.

What kicks this workflow off?
A sickness absence record whose end date is today.
Who gets notified?
Admins or managers, by email and a matching Sense task.
What does the notification tell us?
That the employee's sickness ends today and they're expected back at work tomorrow.
Can we change the timing or who's notified?
No. Sickness Ends Today Reminder fires on the day itself and notifies admins or managers; it isn't a configurable workflow.
