No two organisations are the same - and therefore, we have designed many different ways to track time and attendance with Sense. The most simple way is to use the Sense Clock - which plugs into your wall, and allows your employees to clock in through a number of methods. The Sense Tag is the lowest-cost and simplest solution, and involves each person being given a traditional fob that they swipe on entry and exit. But the clocks can also work with mobile phones, or Sense Badges, too. The Sense Badge is an interactive and wearable device especially for deskless workers who do not have access to a laptop or phone. The Sense Badge keeps them hands free, while giving them a way to interact with the company’s HR system - and they can tap this on the Sense Clock to clock in. However, you don’t need a Sense Clock to clock in, as users can clock in or out via the Sense Badge alone, or even via the mobile app. The Sense Gateway supports more accurate indoor location, for example if people need to clock into different zones within a more complex building. It can also support automatic clocking in and out, as it is able to detect when a Sense Badge or a Sense Tag enters its zone.
