Gary has nearly 15 years’ experience in HR and HR software. His journey started in 2008 with Simply Personnel, where he spent 2 years travelling the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland, training HR administrators on how to effectively use their HR system. Gary helped to expand and manage the company’s growing training team, eventually becoming the manager for all of their HR software’s after-sales operations. In 2013, Gary joined an HR software start-up company, People HR, as a software consultant, where he stayed until 2022, helping over 2,500 companies buy and implement the software. After taking a short career break, Gary joined SenseHR as Managing Director, where he leads the charge with a brand new HR system launching in 2023, designed for a more modern and flexible world of work.
