Seven questions, and the same model we use to build a business case for a finance director. With our price in it, rather than left out.
Saving a year, once you are live

Nothing here is a headline figure. Each saving starts at a published UK benchmark, gets discounted, and is listed so you can take any single line out and still see what is left.
From what you told us about payroll
Everywhere else
Where the benchmarks come fromCIPD Health and Wellbeing at Work 2025 puts UK sickness absence at 9.4 days a head. IRIS 2026 finds HR teams lose 3.4 hours a week to disconnected systems, and that one in four UK employees has had an incorrect payslip. ONS ASHE puts median full time pay at £39,039.
The small printPrices exclude VAT and assume an annual agreement. Private training is £400 a session, optional on Elite and required on Enterprise. Overtime and hours are modelled where pay is driven by hours worked, and left out where it is not. Indicative only: a real business case uses your own figures.
Tick a job and it joins the total above. Every figure behind it is on this page and you can change any of them. We count 60 per cent of the time, then take off whatever is already counted elsewhere, so no hour appears twice.
A business case that nobody believes is worth nothing. Every lever below is held well under what the benchmark would allow.
One page, with your figures on it and every line named. The same model that produced the numbers above, so what you download is what you are looking at.
